Maintenance
The council is responsible for the maintenance of lamps, pavements and roads in the locality.
Lamps
Regarding lamp maintenance, the council is responsible for wall-mounted lamps. Lamps that are in arterial roads and on poles are, till now, still the responsibility of Enemalta.. Residents are kindly asked to report any burnt out lamps or faults to the council so that action could be taken at once. The Council would appreciate if, when reporting the lamp, the number that is found on the bracket would be quoted.

Pavements

Roads
The San Lawrenz Local council’s priority from the beginning of its setup was to have all the roads in the locality in a good state. The council has resurfaced almost all the roads in the village. Very few roads remain to be resurfaced and these are expected to be done in the coming years.
