As soon as they obtain a copy of the tender document through the internet, prospective tenderers must inform the Contracting Authority in writing of their intent to submit a Tender so that they ensure that they can then receive a copy of any additional information, corrections or reply to clarifications issued by the Contracting Authority. Should prospective tenderers fail to inform the Contracting Authority of their intent to submit a tender, the Contracting Authority shall in no way be held responsible for failing to inform such prospective tenderers of any additional information, corrections or reply to clarifications issued. |
